Since last fall, Petrolink has been providing safety training for personnel to work on BP’s new Process & Hotel (PH) platform on the Valhall field in the North Sea. The training is run six days per week, at daytime as well as evenings, at an airport hotel for participation prior to field departure. Duration of each course is 2.5 hours.
The main objective of the training is to introduce personnel to the new platform with emphasize on HSE procedures and related matters. So far, Petrolink has conducted more than 250 courses with a total participation of around 1,300 individuals.
