Petrolink Awarded Framework Agreement by StatoilHydro

Petrolink has been awarded a new framework agreement by StatoilHydro for the implementation of Safety and Emergency Preparedness Training. The agreement has a total duration of 5 years (3 + 1 + 1) and is part of a larger agreement, where a total of five companies participate in different disciplines.

Petrolink offered one of a total of seven modules and is very pleased to have been awarded this agreement, which includes the following services:

  • Emergency management
  • Crisis psychology in stress and disaster situations
  • Leadership training, preparedness and crisis management for platform managers
  • Management and crisis management for control room personnel
  • 1st and 2nd line verification exercises for emergency preparedness organizations offshore and onshore

Petrolink will be responsible for classroom training and skills training, including scenario-based exercises for both offshore and onshore personnel. The work will primarily take place on land, but also offshore at various StatoilHydro installations.
