Petrolink Support is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships. As part of its supplier audits and pre-qualifications, suppliers must confirm that neither slavery nor human trafficking takes place within their organisation and must disclose details of any investigations into their compliance with modern slavery and human trafficking or human rights legislation generally. Petrolink Support acknowledges that contracting with companies, whether based in Norway, Europe or outside those jurisdictions, potentially gives rise to the risk of slavery, human trafficking and human rights issues. As such, the level of management control required will be kept under review.

As an employee, you are encouraged to report concerns immediately, either to your manager, your HSEQ manager, or HR. If you are uncomfortable using the usual channels, your concerns can be reported anonymously by letter.
Petrolink Support encourages all employees and external third parties who we interact with and stakeholders to speak up about concerns or report suspicions about possible violations of the law or the company’s regulations.
Reporting censurable conditions is positive and gives the Petrolink Group the opportunity to uncover and rectify undesirable conditions. Censurable conditions mean violations of laws, rules or ethical guidelines, financial irregularities, corruption, criminal damage, bullying, harassment and discrimination.
Retaliation against an employee who files a report, or expresses that he or she is considering filing a report, is illegal. This also applies to temporary workers who file a report. In addition, employees always have the right to notify supervisory authorities or other public authorities.
